The algorithm is fine. Your revisions aren’t.
1:1 coaching where every video gets specific notes before it posts, your team learns why the winners win, and by month six you don’t need me.

Flat views are a revision problem.
You post, the video flatlines, and you post again without knowing what to change. Years of consistency, and the views stay flat.
Every post is take one, forever.
Here’s what’s actually at stake. Content is how customers decide to trust you before the first call. If your views have been flat for years, that’s a sales channel switched off for years.
The bottleneck isn’t effort and it isn’t the algorithm. Nobody on your team can look at a finished video and say exactly what to change. I remove that bottleneck.

No framework PDF, no disappearing act. Six months, two calls a week, and specific pushback on every video before it goes up. This is what that looks like.

01
Plan
First call of the week: we plan content around what your numbers say, not what feels right. Early on that means experiments, later it means doubling down on what your audience already told us.
02
Film and send
Your team films. Every video comes to me before it’s posted, every one.
03
Notes before posting
Same day, specifics only: timestamped notes your editor can act on without a follow-up call. Nothing goes up unreviewed.
04
Read the numbers
Second call of the week: we tear down last week’s numbers and feed them back into the plan. What worked gets more reps, and what flopped gets a reason.
None of this is talent. Reviewing and revising is a learnable skill: the reps are the method, and every cycle through the loop, your team needs me a little less.
And if your team already plans further out, four weeks, twelve weeks, whatever the horizon is, I work around that. The loop fits your process, not the other way around.
Stop renting a skill you could own.
Renting it
You’ve maybe run this play already: tens of thousands a month for done-for-you. They revise behind the curtain, you never see what changed or why, your team learns nothing, and the day you fire them, your content pipeline is gone.
The activity was constant. The learning never left their building.
Owning it
Your team films, I push back with specifics, you revise. By month six the review loop lives in-house.
If you ever hire help again, you’ll know enough to direct it instead of blindly trusting it.
The goal is to get fired.
Not a slogan. Everything about working together is built so that by month six, your team can review, revise, and grow your own content without me. Here’s what the six months actually feel like.
$5,000/mo
Six months with a 30-day cancellation. If your content isn’t visibly improving by month three, fire me early.
Agencies charge three to five times this to make your content for you, and if you ever fire them, your content pipeline is gone with them. This costs less, and when I leave, your team still knows exactly how to make videos that work.
Two calls a week, together
One where we plan the week’s content around what your numbers are saying. One where we sit in last week’s results and decide, together, what changes.
Every video reviewed before it posts
Your team sends me the draft, I send back timestamped notes the same day, and it doesn’t go up until it’s right.
Months 1-2
We experiment and get the review loop running.
Months 3-4
We double down on what your audience already proved it wants, and move the winners into ads.
Months 5-6
Your team runs the loop. I check the work and get out of the way.

Reviewing every video before it posts doesn’t scale past four clients.
30 minutes. I’ll look at your content and tell you exactly what’s broken, whether we work together or not.
Asked before every call.
- Do you make the content for us?
- No, and that’s the point. I teach your team to review and revise its own content until the skill lives in-house. My stated goal with every client is to be fired by month six.
- What does a week actually look like?
- Two calls: one to plan the week’s content, one to review last week’s performance. Between calls, every video comes to me before it’s posted and gets specific notes back the same day. You’re never guessing what to change.
- What do the six months look like?
- Months one and two are experimentation: we figure out what your audience actually responds to. Months three and four double down on what works. Months five and six, your team runs the review loop while I check the work. Then you don’t need me.
- How fast do results come?
- Honest answer: it depends on your reps. One client broke a six month 50k ceiling in their first week with a video that’s now at 394,000 views, and their average views were up about 4x by month two. Those are data points, not promises. The promise is specific, actionable pushback on every single video.
- Why is there only one client case study?
- The roster caps at four clients, so the sample stays small. Instead of padding it, I show two complete runs: one client’s account told number by number, and a brand new account I took from zero to 2M+ views in 10 weeks. Both runs carry receipts straight from analytics on the results page. Two runs told in depth beat a wall of logos you can’t verify.
- Why not just hire an agency?
- If an agency makes your content, you’re renting a pipeline. The day you fire them, the videos stop, and nobody at your company knows how to make the next one. Six months with me usually runs less than their retainer, and it ends with your team able to make videos that work on their own.
- I’ve spent this kind of money before and got nothing. Why is this different?
- Because the incentives are reversed. An agency needs you to keep paying forever, so the work happens behind their curtain, and if you walk away, everything they learned about your audience walks out with them. This engagement is built to end. You see the marked-up videos every single week, and by month six the review loop belongs to your team, whether you ever pay anyone again.
- What happens on the call?
- 30 minutes. I look at your content and tell you exactly what’s broken, whether or not we end up working together. Worst case, you leave with a real diagnosis for free.
